This does not affect your statutory rights where these may differ. Goods are not sold or tested as conforming to any standard specification or as fit for any particular purposes unless the company expressly so states in writing. If you are not satisfied with your goods for any reason, you should notify Carrolls Eng either by telephone or email within 10 days of receiving the goods. When sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. You are also responsible for the postage of the return parcel. We strongly recommend you send it recorded post.
